Accessible Public Transport
For people that may have mobility issues the 131 500 Transport Info Line can assist with planning 'easy access' journeys on trains, ferries, public buses and some private bus services.
These journeys are designed to provide people travelling with wheelchairs, scooters, prams or luggage with travel information using only transport services, bus stops and rail stations that are rated as accessible.
This means that only bus services with 'low floor' vehicles or train stations with lifts rather than stairs would be suggested.

Maps of Public Transport services in Northern Sydney
Easy Transport has developed two maps as a guide to using public transport services in Northern Sydney. These maps were developed in November 2011, so you may need to check with the 131 500 Transport Info Line if there have been any changes to the service you are interested in using. Note that these maps include all public transport services, not just those that are 'accessible'.
The Northern Sydney Frequency Map displays all the bus, train and ferry services in the Northern Sydney region that run at least once an hour between the peak periods on weekdays. Bus services that run at least once every 15 minutes are shown in red, compared with bus services running every 20 to 60 minutes. Train lines with a service at least once every 15 minutes are shown in black, compared with stations which do not have 15 minute service. Check the timetables of services you are using if they do not run every 15 minutes.
If you are travelling in the evening, on a weekend or during a holiday, services are typically less frequent, so check the timetables.
The Sydney 15 Minute Frequency Map displays all bus and train services in Sydney that run at least once every 15 minutes between the peak periods on weekdays. There are no ferry services that run every 15 minutes.
