Accessible Public Transport

For people that may have mobility issues the 131 500 Transport Infoline can assist with planning 'easy access' journeys on trains, ferries, public buses and some private bus services.

These journeys are designed to provide people travelling with wheelchairs, prams or luggage with travel information using only transport services, bus stops and rail stations that are rated as accessible.

This means that only bus services with 'low floor' vehicles or train stations with lifts rather than stairs would be suggested.
